GSWP 27 - Registration of water polo players

NOTICE: To all Schools Water Polo Masters in Charge:

Please complete the attached excel form to register all your schools water polo players with GSWP and Swimming South Africa. note: this does not just relate to your provincial players but all schoolgoing pupils who play water polo at your school.

The headings are: SCHOOL / SURNAME / NAME / DATE OF BIRTH / GENDER/ RACE
There is not cost involved but the registration is compulsory and must be completed before 15 May 2008.
